More of your donation dollars at work this week! It’s Baby Bird! She (?) also saw our avian veterinarian on Tuesday. We weren’t able to accomplish the diagnostic work we were hoping to because the doctor felt Baby Bird wasn’t strong/stable enough to risk sedation for radiographs and a blood draw. She will be going back in two weeks to be reassessed. Hopefully, we can get the diagnostic tests done then. The exam was informative and helpful, though. Not the greatest of news, but not the worst either. * Underweight at 54 grams.
