Introducing Baby Bird and Stevie! Baby Bird and Stevie are two of the approximately 300 birds confiscated in mid-October by Santa Barbara County Animal Services. They arrived on Sunday afternoon and are at the vet today. Stevie is almost HoHo’s doppelganger and is also in need of a bit of a scalp lift. Baby Bird isn’t a baby, but that was her (?) name in her shelter records and we stuck with it. Baby Bird has a number of issues that need to be sorted out. She has an almost constant head tic, a left wing injury, pretty extreme mobility issues, and is possibly vision impaired.
